Please note the following with regards to our Private Day Tours:
Guest cancellations
Guests may cancel their day tour free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour are non-refundable.
Operator cancellations
Operator cancellation – Our tours operate in varying weather conditions. However, in the case of severe or unsafe weather (e.g., torrential rain or storms), we reserve the right to cancel or postpone the tour in the interest of safety and overall tour experience. In such cases, guests will be offered either:
- A rescheduled date or
- A full refund if no suitable alternative can be arranged.
